Job Summary:

A ProMedica Physicians Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is key member of a patient centric care delivery model for high quality and service within a healthcare setting. Performs at or above the standards of care set for the superior patient experience in clinical and non-clinical settings. Able to proficiently and effectively navigate through multiple information technology platforms and applications to provide and support best practices/protocols value-based care supporting implementing and demonstrating the Core Values of in collaboration with anesthesiologists surgeons and other physicians and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for a variety of procedures.

Hickman Hospital:

• Hickman Hospital is a newly constructed and state of the art facility.
• The hospital has best in class anesthesia equipment machines and supplies.
• Hickman Hospital has a strong case mix which includes general surgery orthopedics endoscopy gynecologic urology cataracts ENT cardiology and vascular across a variety of age groups.
• Hickman Hospital is located on a 100 acre campus including walking trails a boundless playground YMCA of Lenawee County and more all located in the heart of Lenawee County.

• Sign-on Bonus of $20000 per year up to an optional 4-year commitment (paid within 90 days of signing)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in nursing.
• Doctoral degree from an accredited CRNA program.
• Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in the state of practice.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensuremust meet applicable state or compact licensure requirements.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
