Work Schedule:

100% FTE full-time. Monday - Friday day/evening alternating weekends and holidays.

You will work at the 2550 Charles St Clinic Home Health.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening night and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications

Graduate from an approved licensed practical school of nursing. Required

Licenses & Certifications

Current LPN license to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
