Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager with expertise in the US health insurance industry to lead the planning execution and delivery of healthcare projects for health insurers and third-party administrators (TPAs). The successful candidate will ensure project deliverables meet quality standards are completed on time and within budget and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project management for health insurance solutions ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with clients internal teams and third-party vendors to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets; track project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Identify potential risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensure projects adhere to US healthcare regulations such as HIPAA ACA CMS guidelines and other applicable laws.
• Maintain high standards of quality and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Prepare and present progress reports dashboards and finalized documentation for stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including IT compliance underwriting and business operations.
• Implement best practices lessons learned and process improvements to enhance project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in healthcare business information technology or related fields. Masters degree is a plus.
• 10 years of project management experience preferably within the US health insurance or healthcare industry.
• Deep understanding of US health insurance operations regulatory environment claims processing provider networks and enrollment systems.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects using methodologies like Waterfall Agile Scrum.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with health insurance IT systems cloud technologies data security and health informatics.
• Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams and manage client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-changing healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with TPAs healthcare technology vendors or health plan organizations.
• Knowledge of data analytics digital health initiatives and automation in health insurance.
• Familiarity with US healthcare compliance standards and cybersecurity protocols.
