Job Summary:

Were seeking a hands-on Sales and Operations Branch Manager to lead grow and operate a high-performing branch. This role is ideal for a leader who isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves work alongside their team and drive results across sales service and operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead from the front by working alongside your team driving revenue and managing branch operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong long-term partnerships.
• Hire train coach and develop branch employees for performance and advancement.
• Drive internal sales growth profitability and key performance metrics.
• Own branch financial performance including budgeting P&L oversight and internal controls.
• Oversee branch operations including inventory scheduling and safety compliance.
• Partner with the Regional Manager on branch goals budgets and performance planning.

Job Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a sales environment ideally within a high-volume service or distribution organization.
• Demonstrated success driving consistent year-over-year sales growth.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Results-driven communicator who can motivate and align teams.
• Ability to inspire and lead a sales and service workforce.
• Valid drivers license with 3 years driving history.
