Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager – Business Loan Against Property (LAP) to drive business growth in the Gwalior market. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing loan cases through channel partners and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source Business LAP cases through DSA connectors and open market channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners brokers and referral networks.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.
Provide strong customer relationship management and post-disbursement support.
Required Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales.
Strong network with DSA / channel partners preferred.
