Job Summary
ATC Healthcare is looking for Registered Nurses! Registered Nurses provide skilled nursing services to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. The Registered Nurse or RN is responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries illnesses or disabilities.
N SUPERVISOR NURSING HOME
Location: Forest Hills Queens NY
Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem Shift
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff ensure quality patient care and maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Ensure quality care for residents in accordance with care plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical needs
Administer medications and treatments as required
Complete documentation and incident reports
Communicate with physicians families and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Requirements
Active New York State RN License
Previous nursing home or long-term care experience preferred
Supervisory or charge nurse experience a must
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- 45 to 55 per hour depending upon shift and full time or part time
