CVIUC RN ****MUST HAVE ACT Activated Clotting Time EXPERIENCE*** 3X12 nights weekdays weekends Ratio: 1:2 (this is based on acuity the unit could have overflow patients at times warranting step down level of care) *Must be experienced in direct fresh open-heart admissions from OR pressure monitoring and Swan-Ganz management Impella monitoring CRRT. Start date: ASAP Contract length: 13 weeks Possible extension: Yes Experience required: 2 year; *Must be experienced in direct open heart admissions from OR cardiac surgery skills Swan-Ganz management Impella monitoring CRRT * Certifications Required: ACLS BCLS NIH Travel experience: Not required Blocked schedules will only be considered if requesting weekends only (Fri Sat Sun or Sat Sun Mon) Scrubs provided: None EMR: Cerner SUBMISSION PROCESS: ONE PDF MUST CONTAIN: Candidate profile (work history) Specialty specific skills checklist Minimum 2 Manager/Charge References (within past 2yrs.)
