Medical Director DVM Peterborough NH
A well-established veterinary hospital is seeking aMedical Director to lead its clinical team and help guide the continued growth of the practice. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality patient care mentoring fellow veterinarians and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
Provide medical care diagnostics and treatment for companion animal patients
Perform routine surgeries dental procedures and preventative care services
Establish and uphold medical standards and best practices within the hospital
Mentor and support veterinarians and clinical staff
Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic planning and operational goals
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high clinical standards
Foster a positive team culture focused on patient care and professional development

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
