Job Summary

As a Android Developer you will:

Design develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin (Java when required).
Build scalable and reliable mobile solutions using Android SDK Android Studio and Jetpack components.
Manage the full mobile application development lifecycle including architecture design development testing deployment and maintenance.
Implement secure integrations with RESTful APIs and external SDKs.
Ensure application performance reliability and security through efficient memory management threading and file handling.
Work with Microsoft Azure services such as App Services Functions Logic Apps Storage and monitoring tools to support cloud-connected mobile applications.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build testing and deployment of Android applications.
Follow secure coding standards unit testing practices and mobile security guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers designers and product teams in an Agile environment.

What You Bring to the Table:

810 years of overall experience in Android application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java for Android development.
Deep understanding of Android SDK Android Studio and Jetpack architecture components.
Experience working with REST APIs and third-party SDK integrations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services used in mobile backend integration.
Experience with CI/CD tools and automated build pipelines.
Strong knowledge of mobile application security secure coding practices and unit testing frameworks.
Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Nice to have: Knowledge of European banking regulations such as GDPR and PSD2.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Develop scalable secure and high-performance Android applications.
Troubleshoot and optimize mobile application performance and reliability.
Integrate mobile applications with cloud services and backend APIs.
