Job Summary
Job Title: Concrete Batching Plant Operator
Location: Germany (Across Germany)
Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Concrete Batching Plant Operators to manage and operate concrete mixing plants in Germany. The role involves supervising the production process ensuring quality control and maintaining efficient plant operations in construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor concrete batching plant equipment
Control the mixing and production process of concrete according to specifications
Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished concrete
Monitor plant systems and adjust settings to maintain production efficiency
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of the plant equipment
Maintain production records and follow safety and environmental regulations
Salary: 3000 Euro Per Month
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience operating a concrete batching plant or similar industrial equipment
Knowledge of concrete production processes and plant operations
Ability to monitor automated systems and production controls
German language proficiency: B2 level
Strong attention to safety and quality standards
Education:
Education recognized with Anabin H or vocational training in construction technology plant operations or a related field
Minimum two-year educational certificate from a recognized institution
