We are Coffee Circle Germanys leading sustainable specialty coffee roastery based in Berlin. We offer the worlds finest coffee and equipment to over 150000 customers online and in our Cafés driven by our goal to make high-end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide pay high prices for the coffee beans and ensure everyone involved in the value chain gets treated fairly and respectfully. For every kilogram of coffee we sell we invest 1 through our Coffee Circle Foundation e.V. to help support sustainable improvements in coffee-growing areas such as providing clean drinking water hygiene training and coffee labs. With over 4 million euros raised in donations we cannot wait to increase our positive impact with you on our team one cup of coffee at a time.
Your role
- Drive our van and ensure smooth internal deliveries between our warehouse and cafés making sure everything arrives on time in the right quantities and with minimal disruption
- Keep an overview of stock levels assist with monthly inventories and react flexibly to changes in demand
- Support the daily flow by picking and packing customer orders ensuring our high standards are met with every box
- Assist with processing returned products with quality and care
- Ensuring safety cleanliness and a sense of order in our van warehouse and team areas
- While your main base is our warehouse in Reinickendorf (SU Wittenau) youll spend plenty of time out and about visiting our cafés across the city to act as the direct link between our logistics hub and our retail spaces.
Your profile
- You have experience in logistics and have a Class B driving license (manual transmission no automatic) valid in Germany and feel comfortable driving in Berlin
- You are fluent in English and German (at least at B1 level)
- You enjoy an active workday and are comfortable being on your feet and handling physical tasks
- You communicate openly and clearly and have strong organizational skills along with the ability to structure and follow through on tasks independently
- You are able to work 4-5 days a week with 30-40 hours (we have some flexibility when it comes to the number of hours per week)
- You have a valid work permit to perform this role in Germany
Even if you dont meet every single requirement aside from the valid work permit and driving license go for it and apply anyway.
