Key responsibilities

• Provide patient service and assess patients needs. Provide Convatec ostomy solutions and convert patients by offering optional solutions

• Prospect and discover key customer lead opportunities. Cold calls follow up on opportunities cross-sell and up-sell.

• Responsible for maintaining programs and update customer data

• Work closely with the digital team to increase lead generation

Key requirements

• Professional nursing background preferable ostomy care

• Living in Stockholm region

• Competent in digital technology tools

• Swedish professional business proficiencies (Speaking/Writing/Reading) and English is mandatory (Speaking/Writing/Reading)

• Customer service professional

• Ability to occasionally to travel

• Office based role with flexibility when required

Education/ Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

• Preferable a scientific degree (healthcare) and/or Ostomy Care product knowledge

• Competent in digital technology tools

• Effective communication skills

• Customer expertise

• Competent in CRM and data analysis tools
