We are seeking an experienced Corporate Non - Life Insurance Executive to manage our non - life insurance portfolio for corporate this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with large-scale clients designing comprehensive insurance strategies and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of non - life insurance products have a proven track record in corporate insurance management and demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients ensuring their non - life insurance needs are met with tailored products.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key corporate clients brokers and underwriters.
- Design and propose customized insurance solutions including property liability marine health and other non - life insurance products.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals to optimize insurance coverage and manage risk effectively.
- Analyze risk profiles and ensure the proper alignment of insurance policies with the clients business objectives.
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to provide proactive advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments including risk legal and claims to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations to senior management.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree preferably Statistics & Insurance Science Business Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in non - life corporate insurance with a focus on commercial or business clients.
- Deep understanding of non - life insurance products and risk management principles.
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English language both written & spoken
