Job Summary

Supervise and manage daily recruitment activities.

Oversee the full recruitment cycle (sourcing screening interviewing selection and onboarding). Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for hospitality operations. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs for hotels and Nile cruises.

Conduct interviews for supervisory and key operational roles.

Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment records.

Prepare recruitment reports KPIs and hiring analysis.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Represent the company in job fairs and recruitment events when needed.

Requirements

35 years of relevant experience.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Previous experience in the hospitality sector is highly preferred.
