Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - First Assist (Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - First Assist for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield MA.
Assignment:
- Days 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 8; 8hr days Monday-Friday 40hr gt
- Start Date: 4/6/2026
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Location: Pittsfield MA
- Weekend Requirements: None/Holidays required if needed
- On Call Requirements: On call by rotation
- Travel Policy: SYSTEM WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF THE FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing please include the perm address at profile upload.
- Unit Size: 8 beds
- Dress Code: Facility-Provided Scrubs
- 8hrs non-billable orientation

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform nursing procedures within the RN scope of practice
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families on care medications and discharge needs
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards
- Respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed
- Maintain a clean safe and therapeutic care environment
- Support and guide unlicensed assistive personnel when required
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of current FIRST ASSIST OPERATING ROOM experience is required
- A bachelor of Science degree is required
- BLS AHSA is required
- CNOR REQUIRED is required
- Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred
- Permanent address must be included in the profile
- BLS (AHA) is required
- CNOR is required
- State License Requirements: Massachusetts
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Strong communication professionalism and reliability
