Description

This on-site contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a dynamic medical practice environment.

As a Locum CRNA you will play a critical role in delivering anesthesia services for various surgical procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. You will collaborate with a team of skilled healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans contributing to our commitment to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Monitor patients vital signs and anesthesia levels during surgery
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
  • Assess patients medical histories and physical conditions
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Educate patients and families regarding anesthesia procedures

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
  • Current CRNA certification and state licensure
  • Experience in a clinical anesthesia setting
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and pharmacology
  • Excellent patient assessment and monitoring skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment

Flexible schedule

Call coverage required

Case Mix: Bread and butter ENT orthopedics general surgery bronchs endo podiatry OB/GYN etc.

Team Structure: 2 Anesthesiologists 6 CRNAs

Must be board-certified
