Travel PT - Inpatient (Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced PT - Inpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield MA.

Assignment:

• Days 8; Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 8.30-5p 32hr gt
  
• Start Date: 4/6/2026
  
• Contract: 13 weeks
  
• Location: Pittsfield MA
  
• Weekend Requirements: Part of Shift /Holiday rotation required
  
• Travel Policy: WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF THE FACILITY. address at profile upload.
  
• 8hrs non-billable orientation
  

** SHIFT ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED (block schedule 10/12hr shifts).

** THIS IS A 32HOUR GUARANTEE. 40HRS IS NOT AVAILABLE

The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patients comprehensive plan of care.

Rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to:

• splints
  
• orthoses
  
• prostheses
  
• wheelchairs
  
• ADL equipment
  
• Modalities.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
  
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  
• Educate patients and families on care medications and discharge needs
  
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards
  
• Respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed
  
• Maintain a clean safe and therapeutic care environment
  
• Support and guide unlicensed assistive personnel when required
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of current experience is required
  
• Inpatient experience is required
  
• A doctorate is required
  
• Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
  
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
  
• Permanent address must be included in the profile
  
• Active American Heart Association BLS is required
  
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
  
• Strong communication professionalism and reliability

• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
