The Senior Director Operations functions as the senior non-physician executive for a significant segment of acute ambulatory postacute services operations within a geographic region. Travel required.

Responsibilities
Direct the integration and alignment of acute ambulatory postacute services strengthening collaboration between inpatient and outpatient care teams.
Lead strategic planning that aligns with organizational goals related to growth care continuum integration service delivery and revenue enhancement.
Drive initiatives that improve care transitions and patient outcomes reducing fragmentation and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to design and implement innovative care models that support population health and care strategies.
