Inventory Control Manager

• Plan organize and direct all activities of the raw material MRO and finished product warehouses.
• Planning of receipts Oracle data entry allocation storage distribution and assortment to production areas.
• Shipping of finished product or subassemblies to external and internal clients.
• Implementation of inventory controls that guarantee its accuracy both physically and in the MRP system and in the customs system (Prisma).
• Defines and ensures the implementation of practices that guarantee the well-being and safety of the personnel in charge.
• Define warehouse space requirements based on SIOP
• Execute write off on a timely manner.
• Lead the Annual physical Inventory.

• 10 years of experience in inventory control production scheduling purchasing and materials management.
• Proficiency in resource optimization manpower and cost.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience in using Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement tools as well as related improvement projects.
• Understanding of the flow of manufactured or purchased parts and materials and its effect on shortage control.
• Experience working under the ISO-9000 standard

• Ability to lead and coordinate personnel effectively and develop work teams.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Experience in using MRP and ERP systems (Oracle is highly desirable).
• Understanding of cost drivers in manufacturing operations.
