- Provide comprehensive administrative support to program managers and cross-functional teams
- Organize and maintain program documentation records and filing systems
- Coordinate program schedules meetings and events ensuring all participants are informed and prepared
- Manage correspondence emails and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update program calendars tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Assist with data entry report preparation and program tracking activities
- Support the preparation of program materials presentations and meeting agendas
- Monitor program progress and assist in compiling status updates and performance metrics
- Perform general office duties including scheduling filing and document management
- Respond to inquiries and provide administrative assistance to team members as needed
Qualifications :
**Required Skills and Experience:**
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or program environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
