About the Role:

PHD Global Business is looking for a Global Senior Digital Account Manager to help land digital media planning & data excellence globally for one of the largest premium automotive clients globally. The role will report into and work closely with the Global Digital Lead. We are looking for a collaborative team player that supports integrated projects across multiple departments and specialisms at PHD and with external stakeholders.

The PHD Global Audi team ensures best in class AdTech architecture data-led strategy and communications planning across 19 markets. To drive global consistency and grow maturity it is key to steer media & digital excellence into the markets via ongoing engagement and upskilling.

Your role will be pivotal in advancing the standards and driving the adoption of digital excellence. Consequently we are looking for a digital expert who thrives in a global fastmoving environment and demonstrates solid knowledge of the AdTech landscape digital planning implementation & activation. Given our strong focus on data excellence a solid understanding of end-to-end digital customer journeys and implications for data orchestration is mandatory.

The ideal candidate is a credible and diplomatic communicator - able to rapidly build a good relationship with the markets and ensuring to be always up to date. An agile day-to-day reality requires the Global Digital Account Manager to be a tight project manager and unflappable during peak seasons where we are tasked with ad hoc requests and short-term business challenges.

The role further includes the account management (not channel activation) of centrally activated multi-market campaigns (activated by another central team).

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office two working remotely) to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 17:30 but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day whether thats in the office or working remotely. For example you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
