The Role

The Fitness Centre Worker plays a vital role in the daily operations of NWPs Fitness Centre Gymnasium High Performance Training Centre and Fitness Studio. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable demeanor be reliable and work well as part of a team. A strong dedication to providing exceptional service and being willing to assist with cleaning gymnasium setup and other tasks is essential.

The successful candidate will have the following necessary skills and attributes to be successful in this role include:

• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to NWP students staff and community members.
• Process membership sales and handle transactions efficiently through debit or credit payments.
• Be physically able to assist in gym setups for tournaments and various athletic events.
• Adhere to a daily cleaning checklist to maintain a clean and organized facility.
• Assist with laundry duties and the organization of jerseys for NWP athletic teams.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the Fitness Centre.
