Overview of the role:

Saputo is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Category Revenue Management team for an existing opportunity within our organization. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and presenting data trends building and maintaining support tools for the team and collaborating with other Departments.

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Mentor junior analysts and provide training sessions (when and if necessary)

• Develop an expanded scope of understanding and responsibility to include all Commercial Groups

• Develop custom software tools to streamline team workflows create dashboards and reports for better data visualization and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency

• Work independently taking ownership of assigned tasks setting clear goals and timelines for completion and providing progress and outcomes to your Manager

• Analyze various market and internal data sets presenting observations and recommendations to the team

• Work with the Managers to build and implement pricing and trade spend scenarios to be reviewed with Sales

• Act as a resource for colleagues building strong networks by sharing knowledge and expertise

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in revenue management financial analysis or a related field

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and data analysis

• Expertise in utilizing business intelligence tools and software to extract analyze and interpret complex data sets

• Experience supporting pricing and promotion planning processes through data validation scenario analysis and postevent performance reviews

• Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and craft compelling narratives that drive informed decision-making

• Strong command of MS Office suite particularly Excel for advanced data manipulation and analysis

• Experience with syndicated data sources (e.g. Nielsen NielsenIQ) and retailer POS systems

• Strong curiosity and creativity in developing recommendations to address complex challenges

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team taking initiative to drive projects forward

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey complex financial concepts to stakeholders

• University degree in business finance economics marketing or a related field

Salary: $78 170 - $102 600

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience education skills and training.
