- Act as the main HR contact for colleagues in Finland.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the business in all HR related administration.
- Support managers with recruitment proof reading JDs screening applicants scheduling interviews administration of the recruitment system ensuring accuracy.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare all administrative documents related to people management: contracts amendments leaver documents etc
- Maintain up-to-date records for each colleague including time/attendance reports.
- Guide our line managers to manage in the UTAC way.
- Promote the UTAC culture and values (Integrity Expertise and Innovation).
- Support payroll activity each month.
- Manage HR related payables in AP-system (Maestro NG)
- Manage the working time monitoring system (Deltabit)
- Provide sickness absence reports for the group on a monthly basis plus any ad hoc requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Strong and proven office administration experience.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and best practice in Finland.
- Some experience in recruitment / supporting recruitment activities would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of supporting Payroll would be very desirable but not essential.
- Fluency in English and Finnish is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management multi-tasking and organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work independently and have the initiative to ask for help when needed.
