We became a unicorn and have been profitable since 2023 continuing our successful growth. You are excited to actively shape our success story and contribute to our finance team at headquarters.
Your Role
You take full ownership of accounting and Tax activities for EGYM Wellpass France and Belgium. You will join our Accounting team to provide essential support and backup for the Senior Accountant.
Accounts Receivable: You support the outgoing invoices process the dunning processes and monitor together with the operations team the outstanding open items.
Accounts Payable:You handle accounts payable including the payment run.
Financial Closing:You prepare journal entries for monthly quarterly and annual closings.
Projects: You contribute to improving tools and processes and support finance projects including preparations for our IPO.
Point of Contact: You act as a key contact for clients suppliers internal departments and group companies.
Tax Declarations: You are able to prepare review and understand key tax filings in France including VAT (TVA) CVAE CFE and C3S providing support to the Senior Accountant and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Your fitness level
Experience:You have a completed commercial qualification or equivalent and at least 2 years of professional accounting experience.
Expertise:You are skilled with accounting software (ideally SAP) and confident with Google.
Work Style:You are structured team player and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Communication:You communicate clearly confidently and purposefully.
Languages:You are fluent in English and French.

Operational Mastery: You can independently and conscientiously manage day-to-day accounting tasks.

Introduction Meeting(45 min): A discovery session with our Talent Acquisition team to present EGYM the role and your career ambitions.
Technical Interview: A conversation with our Senior Accountant to assess your accounting experience skills and approach to day-to-day finance operations.
Leadership Interview:A meeting with Maricarmen Head of Accounting International and Internal Controls to discuss your alignment with team goals international finance operations and growth potential.
Culture interview:A final meeting with one of our VP to measure the alignment with our culture and values.
