Responsibilities includedbut not limited to:
Schedule service appointments.
Assist Service Advisor with daily tasks.
Call extended warranties for approvals.
Call fleet companies.
Approve repairs for fleets and extended warranties.
Daily office tasks.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid drivers license.
Basic understand of Excel
Basic understanding of web based systems ie: Dealertrack Xtime preferred
Organized and friendly personality
Time management skills
Fantastic communication skills with your customers and vendors
Professional well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
