Job Summary
We are looking for aspiring and suitably qualified individuals to join our Capital Works Business Unit (CWBU) where we work with our stakeholders to create sustainable transport solutions for the community and we care for our staff and provide a great place to work.

Responsibilities
- Manage improvement works involving Builders and Architectural Builders Works & Finishes works (ABWF) control and communications system environmental control system lift and escalator electrical fire service plumbing and drainage installation within an operating railway environment
- Prepare customer requirement briefs application of funding and internal papers
- Lead a site team to carry out project management duties including planning feasibility studies design review site supervision contract administration to project delivery
- Manage all interfaces with internal and external parties of various disciplines to ensure contract works are delivered safely on time and in compliance with the specified railway operational requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years experience in the design and construction of addition and alteration to building works preferably in an operating railway environment
- Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
- Experience in operating railway projects and knowledge of Railway Safety Rules and statutory submissions like Buildings Department Safety and Security Coordinating Committee and Station and Transport Integration Committee
- Self-driven with excellent interpersonal skills strong commitment to the team and ability to work under pressure
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
