Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Sandy Springs Georgia Two Positions Available

We are seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing ABA therapy team in Sandy Springs GA. We have two openings one full-time and one contract offering flexibility to match your career goals and schedule.

Position 1 Full-Time BCBA

Caseload: 812 clients
Billable Hours: 2530 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Up to $95000 annually
Performance Bonus: Up to $3000 quarterly based on performance
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Telehealth: Up to 2 days per week
Saturday Coverage: Up to 2 Saturdays/month (8-hour shifts) to support patient needs

Position 2 Contract BCBA

Schedule: 34 days per week
Billable Hours: 2025 hours per week
RBT Oversight: Management of 48 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Billable Rate: Starting at $60.00/hour
Non-Billable Rate: Starting at $50.00/hour
Compensation Note: Rates are negotiable based on skill level and experience

Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Active or eligible for Georgia LBA licensure
Experience supervising RBTs and managing ABA caseloads
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with electronic health records (CentralReach preferred)
Familiarity with assessment tools such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS preferred
