Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our growing this role you will design oversee and supervise individualized ABA treatment programs while working closely with families RBTs and a supportive clinical team. This is a full-time in-clinic position offering significant autonomy alongside a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Monitor client progress analyze data and adjust programming as needed
  • Collaborate with families caregivers and school teams to support generalization
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB and insurance standards
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas (LBA)
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CentralReach or similar practice management software preferred
  • Passion for ethical compassionate and client-centered ABA practice
