Bilingual Outreach Coordinator Applied Behavior Analysis- ABA Industry

Position Summary
The Bilingual Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships within the autism community to support access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This position serves as a primary liaison between families community partners and internal teams while supporting outreach intake and recruitment efforts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and company history to effectively communicate with prospective clients and staff
- Plan coordinate and participate in community outreach events to promote ABA services
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and agencies serving individuals with autism
- Communicate upcoming events and opportunities to internal staff for participation
- Create and coordinate engagement activities for staff and clients
- Respond promptly to inquiries from families via phone email social media and other communication channels
- Manage the client intake process including collecting insurance information verifying benefits and following up with prospective families
- Submit verified insurance benefits to management for billing coordination
- Coordinate and schedule assessments with BCBAs and/or Student Analysts
- Communicate effectively with leadership and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate information sharing
- Develop and maintain organizational forms and documentation (e.g. employment applications client paperwork)
- Assist the HR Manager with interview scheduling interviewing and new hire onboarding paperwork
- Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven organizational leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong critical-thinking skills
- High ethical standards and a compassionate approach when working with children and families with special needs
