Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS
- Total 13 years of experience in project management and delivery leadership.
- Prior experience working on Salesforce projects and enterprise implementations.
- Strong background in project delivery operational management and team building.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in setting up or scaling delivery teams or office locations is preferred.
- Strong skills in risk management project planning and stakeholder communication.
- Good understanding of Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring on-time on-budget and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure projects align with business goals and client expectations.
- Track project progress identify risks and implement mitigation plans as required.
- Facilitate regular status meetings maintain project documentation and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Partner with HR and leadership to hire top talent and support team expansion.
- Build mentor and manage a high-performing team ensuring alignment with company values and performance standards.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
