- Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
- Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
- Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies.
- Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions.
- Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
- Collaborating with your clients their families medical teams employers and other key stakeholders.
- Complete intake meetings and workplace facilitated discussions following conflict within a claim.
Qualifications :
What you bring to the role
- Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology and AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC
- NMAS Accreditation
- Willingness to learn and impact positively on peoples lives in tangible ways
- A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in peoples lives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- A customer first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Confidence working independently in the community.
- Drivers licence and vehicle required.
- Eligibility for a working with childrens check and police clearance.
