We are proudly partnering with a boutique but growing highly regarded provider in Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management who are growing their Rehabilitation Counselling / Psych services team. If you are an experienced Rehab Counsellor / Psychologist looking for the best opportunities youve come to the right place!

Typical responsibilities include:

• Completing assessments and delivering vocational counselling to clients
• Supporting leaders with coaching mentoring and playing a key part in service development
• Liaising between employers employees and other health professionals
• Case management (goal setting setting return to work plans following up on progress)
• Scope for this role to be shaped as a Team Manager (salary will be reflected / adjusted for this)

As this is a Senior position you will have at least 1.5 - 2 years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and be looking to further your career in the field. This position can also be created as a leadership role for those already a Senior now looking for that next step.
