As a Shift Leader youll help bring energy to the restaurant floor support your team during busy services and ensure everything runs smoothly across your shifts.

As a Shift Leader at GYG youll be trusted to:
- Lead shifts with confidence ensuring the team is set up for success and delivering great service.
- Support and coach Crew Members to perform at their best in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high standards of food quality cleanliness and operational excellence.
- Help drive a positive team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated.
- Work closely with the restaurant leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
