Brief Description:
Holstep Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader Reception to coordinate and oversee reception services across all sites.

This role is responsible for ensuring a consistent welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience supporting consumers to access services in a timely respectful and culturally safe manner.

You will lead a dedicated team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations strong service delivery and continuous improvement across reception functions.

The role reports to the Manager - Consumer Experience and works closely with internal teams to support service delivery needs.

YOUR NEW ROLE:
The Team Leader Reception is responsible for coordinating daily reception operations across all Holstep Health sites ensuring appointments enquiries and front-of-house workflows run efficiently and consistently.

You will provide operational leadership and supervision to the reception team supporting staff to deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining accurate systems and processes.

Working closely with the Manager - Consumer Experience you will monitor service activity support workforce planning and identify opportunities for improvement across reception services.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Oversee reception operations across all sites ensuring consistency and efficiency
Lead and support the reception team to deliver excellent customer service
Manage appointments enquiries and front-of-house workflows
Coordinate rosters and workforce coverage
Monitor service activity including call volumes and wait times
Ensure accurate data entry and client record management
Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows
Escalate service issues and risks where required

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Experience supervising or coordinating teams in a health or similar environment
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in reception customer service or front-of-house coordination
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in client management systems and record keeping
Ability to lead teams across multiple sites
Understanding of culturally responsive practice
