Job Summary

What youll do

You will manage daily partner relationships and ensuring successful execution adoption and ongoing engagement across Experians indirect client close partnership with Account / Client Executives and internal teams you will support joint growth plans. You will do this by ensuring solution adoption protecting existing revenue and identifying opportunities to expand Experians footprint within partner ecosystems. You will focus on enabling partners making them operationally successful and positioning them to deliver value using Experian data software and analytics. You will coordinate onboarding and enablement efforts monitor partner performance address risks and escalations and serve as the voice of the partner internally to help improve Experians solutions and overall partner experience. This role may base itself in North America and will support partners across multiple markets and time zones. You will report to the Specialized Partner Director.

What were looking for

  • A Relationship Manager who is passionate about building trusted partnerships and ensuring our partners adopt and grow with Experian solutions.
  • You can clearly articulate how you use data software and analytics within your customers environment and help partners translate Experian capabilities into meaningful outcomes for their clients.
  • You collaborate naturally across sales product implementation and support teams balancing priorities and bringing the right people together to solve problems and uncover opportunities.
  • You understand your customer by seeing the world through their perspective speaking their language and serving as the voice of the customer internally to help improve Experians solutions and partner experience.
  • You have experience supporting revenue growth by protecting core revenue ensuring adoption of solutions and identifying expansion opportunities in partnership with Account / Client Executives.
  • You will proactively strengthening relationships improving operational execution and ensuring partners are set up for long-term success.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in account management customer success relationship management or sales support within an indirect or partnership-based model
  • Experience managing complex client or partner relationships
  • Experience translating technical or complex concepts into clear actionable insights
  • Experience working with data software analytics or technology-driven solutions
  • Industry experience in Indirect Financial Services Partnerships or related fields
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Travel to support partner engagements and important milestones

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills experience and education.
