THE POSITION
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Procurement team as a Procurement Intern at Odyssey Hotel Group. This internship role offers hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and the opportunity to learn about procurement processes within a dynamic organization.
Assist with sourcing and purchasing activities.
Support the procurement team in vendor management.
Participate in inventory management and control.
Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Job requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting communication and data collection with hotels and suppliers
Assisting in the creation maintenance and optimization of a spend database
Supporting supplier evaluations and price comparisons
Assisting in contract documentation and general administrative procurement tasks
Contributing to process improvements and standardization initiatives
YOUR PROFILE:
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel (e.g. data analysis pivot tables)
Structured detail-oriented and independent working style
Proactive hands-on mentality with a high level of reliability
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent English skills (mandatory); German and/or Dutch are a plus
Interest in hospitality procurement or supply chain management (hotel background is an advantage but not required)
