Intern Project Management (Graduate)

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team based in the Netherlands. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Gant Inter Milan and Just Eat Takeaway.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Project Manager Intern youre an ambitious student who is extremely enthusiastic about all things digital including launching new sites apps or internal tools.

You will work closely with our Project Management team and well support you in starting planning monitoring and delivering high-quality projects. Due to the development that you go through during your internship you will understand the customers needs towards the end of your internship and you will know how to put complex matters on paper in a structured way. We promise you wont feel like youre stuck on the set of a boring sitcom or a dusty office from the 80s. Why dont you come to see for yourself

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Guide projects from A to Z;
• Control budgets;
• Setup and lead scrum meetings;
• Have a clear overview of the projects youre managing;
• Assist the PMs with administrative tasks;
• Cast and manage teams;

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Are good at planning & organizing and are very results-oriented;
• Are studying Business IT Management Creative related study or similar;
• Are interested in the technology behind the online solutions we come up with and already speak the language of designers and developers;
• Can adapt easily and quickly learn new skills when needed for a project;
• Can switch from serious to play and back in an instant;
• Have an affinity with design and technology;

Hard Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship
• Availability of 5 days per week (40h) from September 2026 for a duration of 5-6 months.
• You are confident in English - whether youre writing presenting or just chatting with the team. Dutch language skills are a plus but not a requirement; we value diverse backgrounds and language skills.
