Welcome Host AdHoc / Temporary Shifts

Location: KT5 South West London
Hourly rate: 15.85 per hour

We are seeking warm professional and servicedriven individuals to join our pool of Welcome Hosts supporting one of our prestigious corporate clients on an adhoc temporary basis.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a peoplefocused fastpaced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You will play a key part in ensuring visitors clients and colleagues feel valued and wellsupported from the moment they arrive.

About the Role

As a Welcome Host you will provide a blend of frontofhouse and post room support. Each shift is varied and you will be expected to adapt quickly to different tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities may include:

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet all visitors with professionalism and a friendly approach
• Support with post room duties including receiving goods
• Manage internal and external post collection and distribution
• Efficiently handle incoming calls and general enquiries
• Uphold security procedures and ensure access requirements are followed
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in a frontofhouse receptionist or customerservice role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm and confident in both busy and quiet periods
• Proactive adaptable and comfortable switching between tasks
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service
