As aLeisure and Lifestyle Coordinatoryou will lead the development of exceptional lifestyle programs to promote wellbeing and foster a vibrant community atmosphere. You will aspire to provide mentorship to Lifestyle Assistants and support them in the requirements of their role tomaintainsmooth daily running of the program.

In this role youll be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care Services Kew.

Things that work for us:

  • Availability to work Full Time - Monday to Friday
  • Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or Diversional Therapy is essential.
  • Experience inaged care homes developing Leisure & Lifestyle programs including working with dementia clients.
  • Good leadershipand mentoring skills
  • Ability to drive the on site mini bus if required Full Drivers Licence essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
