What youll do:
- Monitors and keeps patient/family centered services and caring at the forefront; customer needs are exceeded as the primary focus.
- Identifies quality gaps or opportunities to improve already good levels of service to customers.
- Utilizes compliance audit information to develop and implement plans for team improvement
- Lead and participate in at least one quality improvement project annually.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and organizational regulations

What Youll Need:
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Masters degree in one of the core disciplines of Hospice preferred.
- Licensure:
- Valid Florida license as a Registered Nurse
- Certifications: Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- Two years Hospice experience. Management experience preferred.
- Employees must have reliable transportation which will enable them to perform tasks and responsibilities in a timely and appropriate fashion. Must provide proof of valid automobile insurance a copy of which will be placed in the employees HR file.
