Customer Support Specialist-German Language
We are looking for a fluent German speaker to join our dynamic customer support team in Lisbon. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing high-quality assistance and ensuring a seamless user experience. Position: Customer Support Specialist
Language Requirement: Fluent / Native German (C1/C2)
Start Date: 30 March
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Model: Onsite
Work Schedule & Shifts
Rotative Schedule: Monday to Sunday.
Shift Hours: Between 08:00 AM and 12:00 AM (Midnight).
Transport Support: For employees working the last shift (ending at midnight) a shuttle service is provided for a safe commute home.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and timely support to German-speaking customers via phone email or chat.
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through platform features or service inquiries.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and accurate solutions.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system (e.g. Manatal Salesforce).
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: 15260 Gross per year (Applicable for both experienced and entry-level candidates).
Signing Bonus: Potential signing bonus based on eligibility.
Training: Fully paid professional training provided.
Candidate Requirements
Fluency in German (Written and Verbal).
Good command of English (for internal communication and training).
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in a rotating shift environment.
Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon.
Relocation Support
For candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal:
Bureaucratic Support: Assistance in obtaining NIF and NISS.
Housing: Assistance in finding accommodation based on candidate needs.
Relocation Bonus: * 2000 (Gross) for moves from outside Continental Portugal.
1000 (Gross) for moves from outside the Lisbon Metropolitan area to Lisbon.
