Monday to Sunday: 08:00 17:00 or 09:00 18:00 (rotative shifts)

About the Role:
Join a dynamic international team as a Customer Service Specialist supporting Greek-speaking customers in a growing e-commerce environment. You will provide high-quality service handle peak periods and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:

Stay knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services

Deliver professional empathetic and solution-oriented customer service

Manage customer communications via phone chat and email

Handle high volumes of inquiries during promotion periods efficiently
Requirements:

Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
-
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations
-
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-
Empathetic rational and able to work under pressure
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 920/month 14 months

Performance Bonus: 45/month 11 months

Meal Allowance: 7.63/day

Welcome Bonus: Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 per month)
