The Business Analyst supports business transformation initiatives by analysing business needs defining requirements and ensuring smooth endtoend project execution. This role partners closely with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle from discovery and planning to execution rollout and postimplementation review.
Responsibilities
Requirements & Process Analysis
- Lead requirementsgathering sessions and maintain clear consistent communication with business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed user requirements functional specifications and process flows.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements data mapping workflow diagrams and acceptance criteria.
Solution & Project Support
- Support solution design discussions with business IT and external vendors to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Assist in project planning scheduling and progress tracking including preparing status reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate and support rollout activities such as training logistics communication materials and onboarding documentation.
Testing & Data Activities
- Drive UAT planning test case development execution coordination and defect followup.
- Support datarelated tasks including data analysis cleansing mapping and verification.
Required Qualifications Capabilities And Skills
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration Statistics Information Systems or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis process improvement or project support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of SQL Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving and logicalthinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Selfmotivated positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
- Experience in digital transformation system implementation or project management is a plus.
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese and English.
