Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and technically skilled professionals to join our remote call center operations. Native-level fluency in French is required.
This position supports a premium home-based project providing first-level customer support through inbound and outbound services. You will act as the first point of contact for homeowners using a booking platform specifically handling escalation cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical and general support inquiries
- Deliver prompt assistance to high-priority customers
- Manage follow-up calls and callback services
- Log and classify all customer interactions
- Analyze call data and provide reports on service activity and customer feedback
- Monitor real-time call center activity
- Maintain accurate records and resolution logs
- Support internal and external communication as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service (inbound & outbound)
- Friendly and empathetic communication style especially in high-stress or escalated situations
- Native-level French and fluent English
Nice to Have
- Background in booking platforms or hospitality services
- Technical experience (electronics machinery industrial sectors)
- Proficiency in Salesforce and office tools
- Strong phone etiquette documentation skills and a professional work ethic
- Experience with formal communication and administrative processes

- Processor: Minimum 1.8GHz (64-bit preferred)
- RAM: 8GB or more
- Storage: Minimum 10GB free
- Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 preferred

Work Schedule (CET Time Zone)
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Shifts: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM 6:00 PM
- Two days off per week
