Your Daily Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the main point of contact for customers and help ensure a positive experience with the brand.

Your tasks will include:

Providing professional and friendly support to German-speaking customers
Answering customer inquiries via phone email or chat
Assisting users with product information account questions and troubleshooting
Ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Accurately documenting customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Following company guidelines and maintaining service quality standards

Requirements

To succeed in this role you should have:

Minimum solid C1 or high-level German (spoken and written)
B2 level English for internal communication and training
EU citizenship or valid documentation to work in Portugal
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon as soon as possible
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Previous experience in customer service call centers or support roles is a plus but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
