Company Overview:
Our client a Karachi based company seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned sales professional for the following role:
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new and potential Cards Business to register growth in business volumes
- Manage client/outlet visit rooster for Sales/Network Officers and make regular visits to ensure optimum performance Coordinate with venders and retail outlets to ensure that the POS terminals are operative and any disputes pertaining to the transactions of cards are timely resolved
- Recovery Management for Cards Division in coordination with other relevant departments
- Coordinate with customers regarding dishonored cheques ensuring delivery of Security Deposit Refund cheques and follow-up for replacement cheques to safeguard company interests and expedite recoveries
- Provide reports on receivables ageing and provisioning to Head Office to gauge regional performance
- Monitor consumption of various Fleet Corporate and Commercial Cards accounts to identify and take corrective/proactive actions
- Review customer requirements and provide analyses to facilitate them
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education preferably Masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution preferably in Marketing/Sales or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization among which 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Requirements
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Analytical skills to conduct and interpret business analyses
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Sales Development Customer relationship Distribution handling
- Experience in the petroleum industry is also preferred
