As Customer Onboarding team our mission is to partner with sales to attract engage and onboard more customers to transacting more business through self-service directly with TI. We are expert guides for sales and customers to accelerate TI design-ins to customers supply chain and ensure that every interested customer is guided through the setup process and reaches transacting directly with TI in a manner as integrated into their workflow as possible. We advocate within TI for future features customers value and to ensure our required processes are intuitive for customers to navigate. Once established we help to maintain digital connections to ensure continued usage to make TI the most trusted supplier by effectively and efficiently serving our customers and supporting business growth.
What you will gain from this role
- Be an expert in order fulfillment processes supply chain programs and our most convenient digital commence connections.
- Act as key stakeholder to directly contribution in defining the future of digital commence connections through leading the customer onboarding stage of high-visibility and high-impact projects.
- Closer partnership with our customers as their eyes and ears to collect feedback and explore best-in-class practice / solutions with an out-side in view.
- Innovate and establish the industry-leading customer onboarding experience through self-service and digitalization.
- In-depth cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders (Platform Customer Operations R&C GTCIT Pricing Logistics PDC) and exposure to senior leadership.
- Learn and master in our system knowledges (CI SAP Boomi) automation tools (Uipath Python) and analytics report skillsets (Denodo Spotfire) to transfer our works through digitization.
Primary responsibilities
- Be responsible for committed customers handed off by engagement starting with checkout profile creation and wrapping up once the customer can meet their needs transacting directly with TI. Also responsible for request to maintain already direct customers brought from Sales or Operations.
- Monitor Onboarding dashboards and provide guided supports when needed to ensure the best customer onboarding journey and seamless direct purchasing experience.
- Ensure a best-in-class convenient experience for customers to setup use and maintain their digital connections with TI keep our customer delighted for them to
- Easy to setup through self-service with our tutorial guidance
- Easy to use the key functionalities and business scenarios
- Easy to maintain the existing digital commence connections
- Pair with sales area directors as well as cross-functional F&O teams to support/maintain supply chain programs and connections for existing customers.
- Gather feedback on future feature request for platform team to enhance the customer experience and as key stakeholder to key CIP roadmap development especially during definition and testing phases.
- Drive operational excellence efforts across all of our partner functions (JIT goodness and liability calculation real-time R2R CSC automation Boomi automation).
- Ensure customer master data accuracy by providing COS support and training extranet account maintenance verify input and update accounts for mergers/acquisitions/legal entity changes/AP cycles close partnership with platform team to drive full automation on CI to sunset COS.
QualificationsPreferred qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- B2B/System and Supply Chain knowledge
- Preferably good knowledge of digital commence types like API EDI RPA and SAP Supply Chain JIT Consignment
- Fluent in both Japanese and Korean
- Strong project management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Logic thinking and good data analytics skills by using Spotfire BO SQL Python
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with customers and cross functions
- Both English and Japanese proficiency required for global collaboration and customer communications
- Self-motivated to take the initiative and drive for results
- Focus on building effective partnerships influencing and collaborating across global cross-functional teams
- Curious mindset and ability to ramp up fast on new tools and processes
