Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Remote Travel Consultant you will be responsible for creating and booking luxury cruise packages for our clients. This is a full-time remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend the best cruise packages for clients based on their preferences and budget
- Communicate with clients via phone email and video conferencing to understand their travel needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with cruise lines and suppliers to negotiate the best rates and amenities for our clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cruise trends promotions and itineraries
- Process payments and manage bookings through our travel booking system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel consultant preferably with a focus on cruises
- Extensive knowledge of the cruise industry including different cruise lines ships and destinations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office
- Passion for travel and a desire to create unforgettable experiences for clients
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings to accommodate clients needs
Location:
This is a remote position but the company is based in Miami FL. Candidates must be located in the United States.
Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. As a remote employee you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
