Our partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking an Environmental Principal in Miami. This leadership role involves overseeing complex projects managing South Florida client relationships and driving regional business growth. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise with the ability to lead projects from strategy to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage environmental projects including scope schedule budget and client communication
- Provide senior technical and strategic oversight across multiple engagements
- Support business development efforts and strengthen existing client relationships
- Identify opportunities for growth in the local market
- Collaborate with internal staff and use shared team resources as needed to support project delivery
- Serve as a subject matter resource related to local environmental processes and expectations
- Maintain a high standard of quality responsiveness and client service
Preferred Background
- Strong environmental consulting or related leadership experience
- Proven success managing projects and client relationships
- Knowledge of the Miami / South Florida regulatory environment
- Familiarity with DERM requirements is highly preferred
- Ability to contribute to business development and bring an existing network or book of business
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required

- Knowledge of local environmental regulations and permitting
Business Development Expectation
Candidates should be capable of supporting revenue growth and are generally expected to bring or develop business volume in line with senior-level performance expectations.
